For us, moisture management is always about anticipating risks and providing workable solutions for the benefit of your project. We will act as the person responsible for moisture control supervision in your project, in accordance with the Finnish Ministry of the Environment’s regulation (YM 782/2017).

A damp management coordinator will oversee all stages of your project
Our Moisture Management Coordinator ensures that moisture management is taken into account throughout your building project, from project planning to supervision.
Our moisture management specialist will proactively identify and assess moisture risks, and oversee the smooth cooperation between the parties involved in the project. He or she will provide expert solutions to prevent moisture challenges at the design stage, on site and during the building's operation.
From the design stage onwards, we ensure that the requirements for moisture management during construction are taken into account. We carry out a moisture management survey and also coordinate plans in joint moisture management workshops between the parties involved. If needed, we will also prepare preliminary drying time calculations to help ensure the success of the project schedule. We prepare the start of construction and familiarise the contractors with moisture risk management.

A moisture management coordinator supports communication on your site
During the implementation phase, timely communication and smoothly cooperative moisture management are key. Our expert will ensure that communication reaches all parties, from the contractors to the site supervisors.
Our moisture management on your site includes monitoring working conditions and concrete drying, supervision of inspections and documentation for moisture-critical implementations, familiarising site management and training site personnel in moisture risk management. Our Moisture Management Coordinator reports any observed potential deviations to prevent moisture-related issues, provides guidance on corrective actions in case of damage incidents, and documents and verifies each phase of the moisture control process.
We provide training on building commissioning and the appropriate use of building and its facilities. We conduct a building maintenance audit and review the contents of the maintenance booklet.
